These terms govern use of Ads Monitor, a software tool that provides reporting and monitoring for YouTube (VIDEO) campaigns in Google Ads. Access is limited to authorized users.

Service description
Ads Monitor provides reporting, alerting, and analytics based on YouTube campaign data from the Google Ads API. The tool is intended for authorized teams and approved partners.
Access responsibilities
- You must keep login credentials confidential and secure.
- Access is limited to Ads Monitor staff and authorized partners.
- You may only connect Google Ads accounts approved by management.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for legitimate reporting needs.
- Do not attempt to modify, copy, or reverse engineer the API.
- Do not access accounts or data you are not authorized to view.
Data accuracy and availability
Reporting relies on data supplied by Google Ads. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee completeness or timeliness due to API delays or account changes. Ads Monitor may experience downtime for maintenance or unexpected outages.
Confidentiality
All data, dashboards, and outputs from Ads Monitor are confidential and must not be shared outside authorized internal teams.
Google Ads API usage
Ads Monitor uses read-only Google Ads API access for reporting. We do not create, edit, or pause campaigns, and we do not alter budgets, bids, or targeting.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ads Monitor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the service. Internal users remain responsible for decisions made based on Ads Monitor reporting.
