- Google Ads reporting data, including YouTube campaign metadata, budgets, delivery status, and performance metrics.

How we use your data

- To improve reporting accuracy, including recalculations when budgets or schedules change.
- To support troubleshooting, training, and account management.
Google Ads API access
Ads Monitor requests read-only access to Google Ads accounts. We do not create, edit, or pause campaigns. Access tokens are stored securely on the server and used only to retrieve reporting data.
Data retention and security
Reporting data is retained only as long as needed to provide analytics and historical comparisons. We apply security controls including encryption in transit, role-based access, and logging/monitoring of access.
Data sharing
We do not sell user data. Reporting data is shared only with authorized personnel and approved partners for operational purposes.
